Professional Reboot
for Next Level Impact and Influence
- You’re an Executive- or Senior-level professional who’s facing a crossroads at work.
- You’re exhausted from battling a dysfunctional work environment, are less engaged, feeling trapped, and it’s getting harder to control feelings of apathy, irritation, overwhelm and resentment.
- You want more impact and influence, but feel unsure if what you want exists, or if you’d be qualified.
You know your life won’t be complete if you don’t find a way to fulfill more of your potential. But you feel stuck and it’s taking a toll on your confidence, and belief in possibilities that once felt in reach.
You might have tried different modalities, therapists, and coaches to help you move forwards but you end up feeling like they don’t really get you — and at this point in your life you’re not even sure you completely understand what’s going on.
Bottom line — you’re not making the progress you want and time is passing.
You have a sense of your potential and power. Perhaps you accessed it at points in your life and then it got away from you. Or you’ve always known it’s there but can’t quite seem to connect with it. Or maybe you repeatedly experience other people not recognizing what you’re capable of.
You might feel stifled from repeating a long-time pattern you can’t seem to break.
What You Want
Deep down there’s something you really want — but achieving that is scary. This is especially the case if you’ve gone through a painful loss or hard time — there’s no way you want to relive that, ever.
At this point in your life and career you want to harness your strengths, make better decisions, and release old familiar habits that stall progress and dilute your authority [perfection, pleasing, avoidance, criticism, aggression…?].
You want to clarify and own where you’re effective and successful, trust yourself more, and take strategic actions that move you into a more fulfilling environment and better-fit work.
You’re Ready To
- Clarify a new career direction
- Work in a culture that’s aligned with your values
- Have greater professional impact and influence
- Feel pride, worth and power
You’re seeking change, clarity, confidence and a simple,
clear plan of action you can follow.

Your Questions Answered
What Can I Expect?
In our first conversations we will address any immediate concerns while exploring your situation, goals, capacity and timeframe. From there we will meet regularly and build a path to living the changes you are seeking.
Most of my clients benefit from a combination of deeper personal growth as well as practicalities such as resume editing, job seeking strategies, and personalized networking ideas.
Where Do We Meet?
We’ll meet on Skype for one-hour sessions. We use Whatsapp for texting or short voice memos.
I use these platforms because they’ve been reliable for years, and enable me to work with clients all over the world without anyone paying long-distance charges.
Why Not Hourly Coaching?
Because I want you to know that you have support when you need it. And I’ve found that accessibility matters when people are moving through deep change and reconstructing aspects of their lives. You want to feel good about reaching out, or maybe just knowing support is there whether you use it or not. I believe that monthly gets my clients the best results.

How Often Do We Meet?
In our consultation call we’ll determine the initial frequency of sessions. They’ll be customized to your goals, capacity and timeframe. We’ll review and adjust the frequency as needed, and in response to your progress.
That said – generally, we meet weekly or twice per month on Skype. All sessions are one hour. In between sessions you have texting and email access to ask questions, share updates, or blow off steam.
Do You Offer A Package?
I don’t offer a package, and I don’t lock people into long-term contracts. If it’s not working for either you or I, we shouldn’t be pushing through. I contract with clients on a month-to-month basis. I don’t offer hourly coaching but am likely to ask you for a verbal agreement to an initial four- to six-month period. Four to six months is long enough to see some changes and integrate those changes. Change takes time.
How Long Do People Coach For?
I ask for an initial verbal agreement of four to six months (depending on what you’re working on). Typically, clients work with me on average for 7-18 months, although I also have a select number who run businesses or are looking for ongoing professional development. Sometimes the change we want is hiding behind life-long habits and those take time to upgrade. I don’t believe in rushing or pushing – we work at the pace that works for all of you, not just your inner Achiever or Critic. Together we’ll determine what’s best for you and review frequently. You want lasting change, not a temporary quick fix.
